It seems that in the bot section ranges are incorrect. As in - should it be 1-3 for War and 4-6 for Trade? As written, it's 5-6 for Trade, so what happens if 4 is rolled?

The same issue applies to Blackmail and Assassinate, Treaty and Exchange.
